Points to “Original License Date: 03/31/2004”. I originally became licensed when I was 27 years old. This is important because inspecting a house is a physically demanding endeavor. I’m currently 47 years old. I’m old enough to have experience, and young enough to physically be able to climb ladders, go in attics, and crawl under pier & beam homes.
